$4,000 · 4 weeks · 2 founding slots @ $1,500

01 // the problem

You can't build it, and every other option is bad.

A dev team is expensive and slow to assemble. Agencies quote four months and six figures. Freelancers go dark. No-code got you a demo, then stopped. Your window to test the market and show investors something real is open now, not in six months.

no technical partner

you need to prove traction, alone.

agencies too slow

four months is too long for an early bet.

outgrew no-code

you need a real, ownable codebase.

AI done wrong

you want it built right, not bolted on.

02 // the offer

One price. One timeline. A real product.

Your concept becomes a live, working, demo-ready web product in four weeks. No hourly billing. No open-ended scope. We define exactly what gets built, I build it, you get the keys.

No locked black box. Any developer can pick it up from here.

04 // process

How four weeks runs.

01

Week 1 — Scope lock. 90-minute kickoff. We strip the idea to its core. You get a fixed-scope document defining what will and won't be built. We both sign it. That document is the contract.

02

Week 2 — Prototype. I map the architecture and build a clickable prototype of every screen. We review it once, then lock the design. Changes are cheap here, so we make them here.

03

Weeks 3–4 — Build. Head-down development on the locked scope. No status meetings. You get a short weekly screen recording of the working product.

04

Week 4 — Test & launch. You test on staging and log bugs. I fix them, deploy to your live domain, hand over the full package.

05 // track record

"Kamal was quick, got it 100% right away and responded immediately to requests. I would tell you he was perfect based on my interactions with him and I am massive pain in the ass."

— Mark

"Kamal was truly exemplary! His work was truly wonderful. He created a powerful data table that I exactly wanted. He made all the updates I asked without any questions. Mostly importantly, he gave me recommendations for further improvements. Can't wait to work with him again!"

— Dulik

Dr. Kamal Bella, founder

Dr. Kamal Bella. PhD in AI and cybersecurity. Based in Morocco. I build products, not just papers. What that means for your build:

architecture

I make the structural calls early that keep the product standing when it gets real users. Most fast builds skip this.

real AI

AI features built by someone who studies AI at a doctoral level, not someone reading the docs for the first time.

security

your users' data is handled correctly from the first commit, not patched after an incident.

Not a pair of hands. A technical partner who makes the right calls fast.

07 // why this works

Speed is cheap now. Judgment isn't.

AI tools made building fast cheap. Anyone can generate a rough prototype. What still decides whether a product works is knowing what to build, what to cut, and how to build it so it lasts.

judgment

the hard part is carving the idea down to what proves it. That happens in week one.

AI as edge

the skill commoditizing other developers is the one I specialize in.

built for v2

architected for the version with users and funding, not just the demo.

fixed terms

known scope, known price. No creep, no meter.

09 // faq

Q: Can you build complex / enterprise features?

A: Not in the 4-week MVP. This ships a focused core, fast. Large feature sets are a v2 conversation — logged and built after launch, once the MVP proves the idea. If your first build truly needs enterprise complexity, I'm not the right fit, and I'll say so.

Q: What if I want changes mid-build?

A: Scope locks after Week 1 sign-off — mid-build changes break the timeline. New ideas go to a v2 backlog. Want one added? I quote it as a change order with its own price and timeline. You get a priced yes, never a flat no.

Q: What happens after launch?

A: You own everything and can take it anywhere. I offer maintenance and v2 work on a separate retainer. No obligation.

Q: Who owns the code?

A: You do. Full codebase, all credentials, complete handover. No lock-in.

Q: What do you need from me?

A: Your idea, decisions at the right moments, and ~48-hour turnaround on sign-offs. You attend the kickoff and the prototype review. The timeline depends on us both moving.

Check if it's a fit.

I run a limited number of builds and only take projects I'm confident I can ship. First step is a short application — your idea, budget, and timeline. If it's a fit, you get a link to book a call.
